Agarwal Transport Packers and Movers provides transportation and relocation services to our clients. These terms and conditions outline the rights and obligations of both the company and the client.

1. Services We provide transportation and relocation services to our clients. Our services include but are not limited to packing and unpacking, loading and unloading, car transportation, house shifting, and office shifting. We will perform our services with reasonable care and skill.

2. Payment We require payment for our services at the time of booking or upon completion of the services, as agreed with the client. We accept payment by cash, credit card, or bank transfer. Any additional charges will be communicated to the client before the services are provided.

3. Liability We will take reasonable measures to ensure that our clients' belongings are transported safely and securely. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage to the client's belongings that is not caused by our negligence or breach of contract.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling The client may cancel or reschedule their booking by providing notice to us. If the client cancels or reschedules their booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, we may charge a cancellation fee.

5. Complaints If the client has any complaints about our services, they should notify us as soon as possible. We will investigate the complaint and respond to the client in a timely manner.

6. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

7. Amendments We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time by posting the amended terms and conditions on our website.
